For orders less than $199 = $6.95 postage
For orders more than $199 = Free postage
(All Australian orders over $50 will be covered by Registered Post for your peace of mind.)
Overseas Customers (AUD):
For orders less than $199 = $16.95 postage

How long will my order take to arrive? |

Please allow 10 business days for delivery within Australia, however, most of our customers receive their order in much less time.
Actual delivery time depends on a number of factors including the amount of mail the post office has to process at the time and whether or not you live in a metropolitan area. |

How do I check the status of my order? |

Click the green "My Order Status" button which is at the top right hand corner of the site. Then, simply log in with your email address along with the "Order ID" that was sent to your email at the time you placed your order. |

What if im not satisfied with my order? |

If you are not satisfied with your order please tell us why at admin@vetnetsupplies.com and then just return it (unopened in the original packaging) for a replacement or refund. |
