	How secure is it to order with Vet Net Supplies?
	Vet Net Supplies use Westpac Web Advantage Merchant Account and they are the market leader in Internet payment security so you can have the peace of mind that all your transactions are secure. Our server is SSL secured meaning all personal information is encrypted and exchanged through a secure server. A padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser window when entering payment information.

	What payment options does Vet Net Supplies accept?
	We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard & Paypal

	Does the price already include GST?
	Yes, all prices are GST inclusive.

	How is postage costs calculated?
	Australian Customers (AUD): For orders less than $199 = $5.50 postage For orders more than $199 = Free postage Overseas Customers (AUD): For orders less than $199 = $12.00 postage For orders more than $199 = Free postage

	How long will my order take to arrive?
	Please allow 10 business days for delivery within Australia, however, most of our customers receive their order in much less time. Actual delivery time depends on a number of factors including the amount of mail the post office has to process at the time and whether or not you live in a metropolitan area.

	How do I check the status of my order?
	Click the green "My Order Status" button which is at the top right hand corner of the site. Then, simply log in with your email address along with the "Order ID" that was sent to your email at the time you placed your order.

	What if im not satisfied with my order?
	If you are not satisfied with your order please tell us why at admin@vetnetsupplies.com and then just return it (unopened in the original packaging) for a replacement or refund.

	What happens if I am after a product that is not listed on Vet Net Supplies?
	Please contact us with your enquiry at admin@vetnetsupplies.com & we will do our best to locate products that are not listed on our website. Allow 48 hrs for a response to your enquiry.

	What are the benefits of joining the mailing-list?
	If you register to our mailing-list, you become entitled to special discount schemes, promotional pricing offers, latest Vet Net Supplies News & Articles.

	Do you sell prescription products?
	Unfortunately, we cannot sell prescription products over the Internet.
